Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums (ATALM): ATALM is a national non-profit organization that maintains a network of support for indigenous programs, provides culturally relevant programming and services, encourages collaboration among tribal and non-tribal cultural institutions, and articulates contemporary issues related to developing and sustaining the cultural soverignty of Native Nations. Honoring Our Elders: a Distinguished Service Award for active and retired AILA members Joint Conference for Librarians of Color: JCLC brings together a diverse group of librarians, library staff, library supporters, and community participants to explore issues of diversity in libraries and how they affect the ethnic communities who use our services.
